Our head office, located at 274 Osborne St. North, will be closed to the general public until further notice.
If you wish to view or apply for an apartment unit, you may do so by phoning the resident manager of the building and arranging a virtual tour or scheduling a viewing.
Rent payments may be made in the usual manner. If you wish to pay at our head office, you may do so by dropping a cheque or money order in the drop box in the front entrance of 274 Osborne St. North. Payment by cash is not possible. A pre-authorized payment option has always been available. If you wish to pay by pre-authorized debit, (PAD), you can obtain a PAD form from your resident manager or from our website under the tenant resources tab.
